Account Delete Status

Paste your saved Delete Request ID to check automatically. This works without signing in.

You can ask us to delete your OVR Coach account and the data attached to it. Deletion starts in the iOS app; this page explains the steps, what is removed, and what happens next.

How to request deletion

  1. In the iOS app, open your profile’s Account section, then Delete account. The app guides you through confirming your identity and typing a confirmation phrase. This cannot be undone.
  2. Before the final step, the app shows a private Delete Request ID. Save it — you will need it to check your request after you sign out, and it cannot be shown again. Copy it with Copy ID, then confirm I saved my Delete Request ID to continue.

What we delete

  • Your account record and its link to your sign-in identity.
  • Your uploaded videos and the playback versions and thumbnails generated from them.
  • The training data attached to the account.
  • Content you authored or shared, including comments, messages, and content you posted on another person’s records. Unrelated content belonging to other people is preserved.

What may remain

Your access to the account ends when we accept your request. We remove the usable account and content within seven days, and we promptly ask our providers to remove their copies or delete them ourselves. Some provider backups and security records may remain longer than seven days; the privacy policy explains retention of provider-held records.

How long it takes

We remove your usable account and content within seven days after we accept your request. The seven-day timing covers your usable account and content, not every copy a provider may hold.

Check your deletion status

If the app cannot confirm whether your request was accepted, keep your ID and use Refresh status before trying again. Keep your ID private; it cannot be shown again. If you need help after signing out, use the support contact below.

Your Google or Apple account

Deleting OVR Coach does not delete your Google or Apple account. Those are independent accounts you control. If you signed in with Apple, accepting deletion also revokes OVR Coach’s connected Apple authorization. To disconnect Apple separately, open your Apple ID settings, choose Sign in with Apple, and remove OVR Coach.

After deletion

Your deleted account and content cannot be restored. Any later fresh sign-up is separate from the deleted account. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
